Glauco Lolli-Ghetti founded Urban Muse to develop real estate product that considers economics, design, execution, and the end-user. As the firm’s Principal, Mr. Lolli-Ghetti manages each project from conception to execution. His forward thinking approach results in unique solutions of the highest quality that maximize value yet avoid becoming commodified products. Mr. Lolli-Ghetti’s strategic vision for Urban Muse was sharpened by his experience in leasing, acquisitions, development and finance.

Prior to forming Urban Muse, Mr. Lolli-Ghetti led acquisition efforts for Guttman Investments LP. His primary role was to identify self-storage opportunities in the European market, while working in tandem with Storage Deluxe. Prior to that he was development manager at Federal Realty Investment Trust, a publicly traded REIT with a market cap of $6.5 billion. There, Mr. Lolli-Ghetti was part of the team responsible for Santana Row, a $1 billion mixed-use development. For this project, he oversaw the development of 140,000 square feet of retail, 237 residential units, and 80,000 square feet of office space. While working as a leasing agent at Cushman & Wakefield, a privately held global leader in commercial real estate services, Mr. Lolli-Ghetti cultivated tenant/owner relationships and finalized lease transactions for SL Green Realty, New York Life Insurance and Allegheny Energy.

J. JUSTIN MARTIN—Director of Acquisitions
Mr. Martin led or has been part of teams responsible for the entitlement, development and/or acquisition of over six million square feet of real estate, over $1 billion in financing and $250 million of equity placement. Over the past ten years, he has led and coordinated design, engineering, legal, finance and construction professionals to execute numerous development and investment plans. Initially in real estate private equity at Zephyr Management LP, Justin’s career includes working as the Vice President of Real Estate at the Brooklyn Navy Yard and later for privately held firms with direct investments in real estate. He graduated from Columbia with a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Historic Preservation. Before graduate school, he was a Policy Analyst for NYC Public Advocate Mark Green.
MICHAEL BOLT—Director of Construction
Mr. Bolt has over 18 years experience as a Construction Manager, including 11 years at Lend Lease (US) Construction LMB Inc. where he was a Vice President & Project Executive for their PM&C business. Before joining Urban Muse, his most recent project was the 75-story, 728,000 SF, $730 million high end residential building at 53 West 53rd Street. Prior to Lend Lease, Michael worked at Skanska USA Building where he completed numerous projects from hospitality to hospitals.
As Controller, Ms. Kennedy oversees Urban Muse’s finances as well as all new development accounting. Prior to joining Urban Muse, Christine worked for JPMorgan Private Bank in the Hedge Fund Principal Group where her team managed over $7 billion in assets for ultrahigh net worth clients. Christine was also the financial accountant for OnPoint Trading, a hedge fund based in New York.
